01Home protected
Floors and working areas are protected before installation work begins.
02Clean & tidy
The work area is managed carefully and left clean and presentable.
03Old equipment removed
Removal and responsible disposal of replaced equipment is confirmed in your written quotation.
04System commissioned
The boiler and heating system are tested, commissioned and balanced where included in the agreed work.
05Controls demonstrated
Your new heating controls are demonstrated and explained before handover.
06Benchmark completed
The Benchmark commissioning checklist is completed for the new appliance.
07Building Regulations
Building Regulations registration is arranged through Gas Safe.
08Warranty registered
The manufacturer warranty is registered, subject to the appliance terms and annual servicing requirements.
